  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon turbinado sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • Whipped cream or whipped coconut cream

Notes

  • The cottage cheese you use will affect how much flour you need. We prefer 2% or 4%. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, 1 tablespoon at a time. *We measure the cottage cheese after we have blended it.
